Job description

Within this role, you will provide first and second line support to all Crestbridge Directors and employees to ensure that IT systems are always operational.

The role forms a key part of a small but dedicated team committed to providing high levels of customer service to all of Crestbridge’s global offices across a diverse range of applications and technologies.

Applicant's should have a sound academic background and hold an entry level IT Qualification or be willing to study towards one.

Candidates will ideally hold previous office and helpdesk experience, although this is not essential, and have a good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

A basic understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirement in which we operate would be an advantage.
