Job requirements

Applicants will have a University degree in Law or similar professional qualification and should have at least 5-6 years experience within fund administration. Applicants should have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Luxembourg Company Law and companies regulatory requirements; i.e. RCS filing, Apostille formalities etc. Applicants will have the ability to review and/or prepare comprehensive board minutes, as well as experience of developing and coaching others.
