Job description

Our Real Estate Services team provides high quality administration services to real estate holding structures, working with a wide range of investors from large property and insurance companies to pension funds, boutique private firms and individuals.  In this role you will assist with the supervision, management and development of a team of administrators. You will deliver a comprehensive first class administrative service to a portfolio of more complex and high net worth clients in line with the defined business activities and maintain and enhance client relationships on own portfolio.

Requirements

You will have 6 years' relevant industry experience and have a track record of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis. You will hold a Table 4 qualification such as (but not limited to) ICSA or STEP Diploma.  You will have an excellent understanding of the local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements in which we operate. You will have the ability to work with conflicting and demanding deadlines and remain calm. You will inspire and motivate your team. You will have strong commitment to client service excellence.
